It unifies point names, alarm metadata, units, and timestamps into a structured database. PrizmOne, on the other hand, is the front-end interface that uses this data to offer dashboards, HMI, reporting tools, forecasting, and analytics. Simply put, Prizm Connect powers the backend, while PrizmOne delivers the insights.

No. Prizm Connect is required to aggregate and standardize your BMS and OT data before it can be visualized in PrizmOne. However, Prizm Connect is included at no additional cost when you use PrizmOne — ensuring a seamless, end-to-end solution.
