FAQ
Prizm Connect is a data collection engine that gathers real-time building automation system data across your facilities. It normalizes point names, alarm data, units, and timestamps into a unified database that can be used for analysis, reporting, and integration.
Prizm Connect is vendor-agnostic, supporting a wide range of BMS and OT platforms like WebCTRL, EcoStruxure, Alerton, Tridium, and more.
A full web-based dashboard and HMI interface is currently in development and will be released soon. For now, the system is fully usable via data exports, SQL queries, and integrations with third-party platforms like Grafana, Tableau or fault detection systems.
